Hi, I'm Ursula!

I’m a recovering control freak. I made it my job to do everything for everyone else and put myself last! Juggling my coaching business, hosting workshops for moms, and acting as the CEO of my household, I lost touch with the most important person in my life - ME. But life has a way of teaching us lessons. For me, it was the heart-wrenching loss of my mother that became a catalyst for change. In the depths of grief, I discovered how to elevate my current fitness practices by diving deeper into spiritual practices. In doing so, I was able to hit the brakes on the relentless treadmill of life, established solid boundaries, and feel freaking good from the inside out!

  • How long will the workouts take me?

    The workouts will take you 15 minutes or less.

  • What if I can’t perform the workout exercises?

    The workout videos will showcase the exercises as well as modifications for all levels.

  • What is Kundalini Yoga?

    Kundalini yoga offers movement, breath work and meditation in one 60 minute session. It is known as the yoga of awareness and is meant for all levels.

  • How long will each module take me?

    Each week will take you about 2.5 hours total. You have 2-15 minute workouts, 1-60 minutes yoga session and a 10 minute daily meditation practice. The pre-recorded lesson videos with journal prompts are 15 minutes or less and your weekly LIVE group calls will last 30 minutes or less. You have access to all the videos on your platform, so you can schedule all of the above during a time that works best for you throughout the week. You don’t have to jam it all in one day, I don’t recommend that! Spread out that 2.5 hours throughout your week!

  • What if I can't make the LIVE coaching calls?

    The calls will be recorded and emailed to you, you will have 30 days to watch the calls before they're deleted.
